Daily Liturgy
The mass is celebrated every day (exept on Sunday) in French in Ecce Homo Basilica at 11:45 AM.
Every evening (exept on Tuesday), the brothers and the sisters of the Chemin Neuf Community sing the vespers in French at 6:00 PM in the Basilica of Ecce Homo. The prayer is followed by a moment of adoration in silence till 7:00 PM.
Every Tuesday night, the sisters and the brothers of the Chemin Neuf Community gather at 6:00 PM for a moment of prayer, songs and praise in "Ecce Mater "oratory.
Every Friday night, on the initiative of the Sisters of Sion, the two communities propose together a peace prayer at 6:00 PM in the Basilica both in English and French.
These moments of prayers are opened to everybody.

THE CHEMIN NEUF COMMUNITY FEAST
- In memory of October 1st 1973, the date of the beginning of the first life fraternity, in Lyon, Montée du Chemin Neuf (France)
- This feast is celebrated in the course of October.
CHRIST THE KING OF THE UNIVERSE

On the Sunday the Catholic Church celebrates Jesus, as King of the universe.
This feast occurs at the end of November.
The celebration of the Eucharist linked to this feast is presided by the Consul of France in Jerusalem, Mr. Alain REMY, as France is the protector of the Holy Land.
CELEBRATION OF ALPHONSE MARIE RATISBONNE'S ILLUMINATION
- In memory of January 21st 1846, the day when Marie appeared to Alphonse Ratisbonne in Rome.
- The Eucharist is celebrated in the Chapel of the Convent ND de Sion - Ein Karem (with the Sisters of Sion (apostolic and contemplatives) and the Brothers of Sion). The night before at 6:00 PM in Ecce Homo Basilica.
THE CROWING WITH THORNS OF JESUS
- The Friday following Ash Wednesday
- The feast is linked to the establishment of the church of Ecce Homo as the Basilica of Ecce Homo – the Basilica of the Crowning with thorns of Jesus, due to Pope Leon XIII in 1902.
- The Eucharist celebrated for this feast is presided by the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem, S.B. Mgr Fouad Twall
FEAST OF THE ARRIVAL OF ALPHONSE MARIE IN ECCE HOMO

In memory of May 6th 1856, the day Alphonse Marie arrived with the two first sisters in Ecce Homo.
The celebration of the Eucharist takes place in Ecce Homo Basilica.
If you wish to celebrate a eucharist with a group in the Basilica, please send a request by e-mail (reservation@eccehomoconvent.org) or by fax 0972 (0)2 628 22 24. Let us know the date and the time you require, the number of person and their nationality. You will always receive a confirmation. It is not possible to come and celebrate on Sundays.
